She's open to helping my daughter, whenever it's needed. Above being doing what's expected, Cecily goes beyond by running errands and grocery shopping for our household and creates meal plans. She cooks for us on Sundays, uniting extended family and friends we invite over to our home. Cecily creates a warm and welcoming feeling for my daughter, family, and friends. Though they had my surgery date noted for my case months prior and this had all been reconfirmed again with Brightstar weeks prior to my surgery, they failed to set somebody up for my home care. I was fortunate that I had been able to make other arrangements. I did end up using their services in the following weeks. I found the scheduler and caregivers to be flexible to my needs. The caregivers were polite, friendly and willing in their tasks. Michele does an amazingly thorough job! Tiana is super and detail oriented! And I would highly recommend either of them. I would use Brightstar again.

I have a caregiver Bright star and she does a very thorough job with my daily Needs I have her five week for about five hours a day and she’s always on time and does very good. She makes me lunch when she’s here and likes to sit with me while I Crochet and talk to me Robin is the best caregiver I have had and I’ve had a few so thank you Robin for your help and I recommend Bright star to everyone who needs a caregiver.

I am so happy to have found Bright Star. Daniel, who did our in-home evaluation was superb. Mary communicates well and keeps us informed on staffing progress. Brandy, who took care of my husband while I took respite to celebrate my birthday, is fantastic. It was easy to tell that my husband appreciated her care. He had such a happy smile on his face. Haven house is a wonderful caregiver. She is polite, friendly and caring. She arrives on time. She is a quick learner. We enjoy having her in our home taking care of our grandfather. My grandfather really enjoys her company and very talkative when she comes around and she doesn’t mind giving him her ear!
