I am 92 years old and have had caregiver “Sonya” since November 2023. She comes to my home three mornings a week for four hours. And provides the services I find somewhat difficult to do. My mobility requires the use of a cane. She does light housework, more than I would expect, washes my clothes, bathes me and makes my lunch. She also brings me grocery shopping, which is great, since I have difficulty carrying packages. She usually in a pleasant mood, singing softly while doing the chores. She is just what I need as I recover from my injury.

Communication is excellent, and they even call sometimes to check in and offer assistance. They have CNAs, LPNs and RNs, making it easy to find who I need, when I need them. I had major foot surgery and had to take 4 weeks off work, but still unable to drive for another 3 weeks. I made one phone call & BrightStar seamlessly scheduled a driver to/from work. It was such a stress reliever & I was in the best of care with Helaine and team. Special thanks to Salma & Attiyah for extra special kindness, patience & flexibility. I would recommend this service to all- this was through my husbands company’s EAP program.
