Jacqueline Ramirez is my mother O. Mtz nurse and she is amazing!!! My mom speaks so highly of her and she refers to her as an "angel"! She goes above and beyond for our mother and she even responds to her on weekends! We are so thankful to Bright star for sending Jacque. We are firm believers that God puts certain people in our path for a reason!

I had a great experience with BrightStar Care at home, with the help of my therapist Angel, he was always very attentive, supportive and always willing to listen to my concerns and bringing home equipment to make my recovery easier and challenging my needs, always checking if I feel comfortable with the exercises and adding new activities that help me in every aspect.

I had two good experiences with bright star. I had back surgery,And I can't thank enough Ana Estrella my nurse and Victor. They both gave me their full attention and the right exercises that I needed to get better. I highly recommend these two therapists. Thank you very much for your service.

Tianna was amazing!! She was so very helpful setting up a care plan for my grandfather. She took extra time to get to know his needs and make sure they built a plan just for him. She was able to set up a plan, clear his insurance, have him evaluated, and secure a care-taker all at the first appointment! Top notch service and exceptional customer care!!

I hope I don't need home health again but god forbid if I ever need it, 100% i'm going with bright star. My nurse Robert G. (LVN) was very professional, talk through everything he was doing, let me know how my wound was coming along, always on top of everything, as far as when is your next appointment, what did your Dr tell you & he noticed every little thing that was wrong with my wound. He has wonderful & gentle hands ✋️ and knows how to handle you the right way & wraps your wounds very well. I was very pleased with the other nurses that went to my house when it was time to do the recertification for my visits also.... They also we're very professional BUT i must say Nurse Robert WAS THE BEST!!! Never had I ever had a nurse like Robert and if he has not had any recognition, well I think it's time he should ALONG with a raise!!! Robert is very very professional and bright star is a great company because of the employees and nurses that are working there like Robert G. If I ever need a home health company, bright star is where im going and I will highly recommend that company and if I ever need a nurse, Robert it's also who im asking for and wanting or i WILL RAISE HELL IF I DONT GET HIM!!!! lol bottom line I recommend Brightstar and Robert!!!!

Ana Estrella, OTR is PHENOMENAL!! She is the sweetest, most kind person. My daughter absolutely LOVED her and would cry for her when she left. I highly recommend her and Bright Star Care!
