The staff at Brightstar have been incredible. We have had in-home care with Angie and Rachel twice a day for the last few weeks and they are both so kind and attentive. Can’t say enough good things!

As a disabled veteran, it’s important that we let our Agencies, Administrators, and Care Managers know that caregivers are responsible for assisting with patient care, ADL’s, and light housekeeping. If all we needed was companionship daily, then we’d be in front of computers and tv’s daily. Thanks to BrightStar Health and Caregiver, Miracle, who came into my home and accomplished more with me today than I have done in months! And recently, I met other caregivers during my appointment with Esther. Esther is very attentive to details and I felt very safe in her presence. I even established kinship with a sister islander who lends gifts from her culture to mine annually at my hometown Gullah Festival. She has the same name as generations of my family who proudly say it differently due to dialect, “Culleen.” She cheered me up during her visit instantly by reminding me of home! Don’t ask or wait for someone to help, a professional caregiver knows what to do, when, and how. A professional Agency upholds staff and clients to the proper standards. I like that. Great job, Miracle, Esther, Culleen. We appreciate all you do for me. My family is finally resolving my care issues with their busy schedules. Ty as well Sam and BrightStar, when we call, you all are there double time!

My nurse Ginny is fantastic. She is knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to explain things to you without making you feel stupid. She is a wonderful patient advocate.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Patty setting up the appointments and making sure everything went smoothly was top tier. Rachel showing up punctually, checking in that the times will still work, and her in home professionalism is 2nd to none. An outstanding company with patient first mentality is all one can ask for, and these individuals pushed it further.

Our care assistant Miracle Parrish was exactly that , a miracle . Her care of my mother was above my expectations and I am picky. She is knowledgeable , kind, and had my mother wanting her to stay with us . She had my mom in the shower , washed her hair blew it dry and also provide skin care with the best back rub according to my mom . My Mom is pretty private about her herself so I was very amazed Miracle was able to establish such a connection with her so quickly. She also manages to care for me as well in her beautiful calm demeanor . Thank you !

Ginny has been an amazing nurse for my son since his accident! She truly cares about her patients, and goes above and beyond to he helpful and somehow manages to get smiles/laughs even when its time to be pricked!! Very thankful we were able to have her and will miss her visits soon when we are done with followup care!!

We utilize Brightstar for the in-house care for my husband who is now paralyzed and cannot take care of himself. The office staff is wonderful and does everything they can to accommodate us. We currently have Francine come to our home 5 days a week and she has been a blessing. Everyday she is cheerful and ready to help as soon as she arrives. She has taken very good care of my husband and keeps him company during the day, which is very important to him. Thank you for providing a great service.

Very greatful for thes womin in this office. I aint got a way around I got so much help from Laura and Samatha who i know were sick of me by the end of it. Samatha ansered my phone at 1030 at night and talked to me for an hour and made me feel like i was not judged and relate to my life experence. Down to earth and made me laugh when most times people dont take time to care. I got to my dr right on time and so thankfill for the chaplain who paid this company to drive me.
