My parents have been under the care of the BrightStar team for several weeks. I have been very impressed with the professionalism of all of the employees, from management to the caregivers themselves. A shoutout to caregiver Barbara for being so kind, as well as efficient. I feel a great deal of relief that I am able to leave them every day without worry. I highly recommend Bright Star.

BrightStar, Richmond did an amazing job taking care of my mom for 6 months until her prayers were answered. They were very accommodating in all aspects of compassionate care and scheduling of visits. Thank you BrightStar for your help with caring for my father in his assisted living facility (ALF) in his last weeks with us (hospice care). Your willingness and ability to meet our needs 7 days a week, on short notice, in these tough times of maintaining a full staff of care givers was extraordinary. The nurses and aides kept us in the know of what was going on with him in the ALV. The nurses made many extra trips for us in our attempt to keep our father comfortable and communicate with the ALV staff. The BrightStar approach to caregiving seems unique compared to other services our family has used for other family members. They seemed to be much more caring in their approach, not simply scheduling someone to show up. I would recommend to anyone needing extra assistance for your loved one to call BrightStar.

This group did an amazing job taking care of my mother the last few months of her life. What was most impressive was the fact that we had challenges, Some caregivers didn't mess, As promised Brightstar took care of the situation and got us different care givers. The commuication was excellent. I even had to call in the middle of the night a couple times and they always answered the phone. My wife was in a skilled nurseing unit from May to the end of October in 2022. She has had mutiple falls and other health issues over the past four years. In other words, we needed superior home caregiver support, which Brightstar has been providing. Before engaging with Brightstar, I asked three friends that are very knowledgeable about this industry and all three highly recommended Brightstar. We are delighted with the wonderful Brightstar staff and caregivers and can also highly recommend Brightstar!

This company sent different ladies out for home aids. I had just gotten out of the hospital and had limited abilities to do many things. All of the employees were kind, helpful, and were willing to help do anything that I asked. Most seemed to truly enjoy helping me. I have recovered and am now independent, but would have no reservations about using them again in the future if needed.

BrightStar has been dependable and professional in providing elder care for my parents. Always attentive. Clearly make the effort to accommodate our schedules too!

Fantastic place to work! I started for BrightStar as a field employees during Covid and all the staff, both medial and back office staff, were a joy to work with and super responsive to scheduling needs. After Covid I transitioned to the office and I must say the staff is still great to work with and the leadership is phenomenal. They listen and address concerns, above and beyond to work around your needs and schedule. A truly wonderful place to work.
